The project covers approximately 292 hectares. Each lot measures a minimum of 1.5 acres. Slightly denser construction is planned for the southeast entrance: 88 units in 10 buildings.
More than three kilometres of paved road are already in place, and a further 1.8 kilometres is nearing completion. All lots are densely wooded with mature trees and most offer a beautiful view. |
